At the breakfast, which is not included we were told we could purchase a cup of coffee, seems like they could include coffee for guests at over $100 a night in Decatur Illinois.
We had a very small single cup brewer in our room, but only 1 cup. This might sound petty, but every hotel I've been to has coffee in the lobby in the morning for free. Much of the hotel is run down and needs some repairs, paint, etc. There are 298 rooms in this hotel and not a single room had been cleaned after 2 pm? A second person at reception helped us and we were able to get into our room. On day of check in, we were told we would probably be ok to arrive at 2, when we arrived we were told no rooms available. Were told repeatedly, we could probably not check in early and to call back. Called 3 times to check in early at 2, as we were coming a long distance and didn't want to have to go directly to church in wedding clothes.
